Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production Times

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

  • Standard Items: In-stock, non-custom items are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Tufted & Personalized Items: Because these pieces are hand-crafted and tailored to your specifications, please allow 1 to 6 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items, as well as your destination province.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 9 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Unforeseen delays due to extreme weather or carrier volume may occasionally occur. Cabine can't ensure these times only estimate them.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in Sault Ste. Marie. If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, the shipping fee will be waived. We will send you an email with instructions when your order is ready to be collected at our Glen Ave location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your carrier tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with your package's status.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us at cabinestudio@shaw.ca within 7 days of delivery, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Lost or Stolen: Cabine Studio is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
